8.16 Configuring the boss/secretary function

Introduction

In a boss/secretary group, up to 4 extensions can be joined in a boss/secretary relationship. No more

than 2 boss extensions and 2 secretary extensions are possible.

Within the boss/secretary group, positions 1 and 2 can be assigned the boss function and positions 3

and 4 can be assigned the secretary function.

Example

A 1:1 boss/secretary relationship is to be configured as group 2 with extension number 200 for the

boss and extension number 201 for the secretary.
