7.9.1 Configuring a Tenant Service
Definition
The Hicom 150 E Office system permits the use of a tenant service. This means that Hicom 150 E
Office can be used by a number of companies simultaneously. The functionality of all features
remains unchanged for all users.
An exception to this are certain resources that must be distributed to the tenants (companies). These
can be assigned to one, several or all tenants. The resources to be distributed include:
Stations
Routes
PC-AC (PC console)
Intercept position
Announcement devices, voice mail
Traffic restriction matrix (TRG matrix)
Door opener
Hotline
DISA lines
The following additional functionalities are available for the Hicom 150 E Office system for Release
1.0:
Availability of the tenants to one another is defined by means of the traffic restriction groups.
Hotline destinations can be configured for each system.
A PC AC can be assigned to each tenant.
