Hicom cordless 150 E (Version 1.0)
The system consists of the following:
SLMC8 (Subscriber Line Module Cordless) board
With the Hicom 150 E OfficePro system, it is possible to implement a maximum of
one SLMC8 board and to therefore connect up a maximum of 8 base stations (with
this configuration a maximum of 32 active subscribers can be connected
simultaneously).
Base stations (BS)
The base stations are the points at which the cable-linked network changes over to the radio
network.
They are connected to the SLMC8 board in Hicom 150 E OfficePro via connecting lines and

P0/E
interfaces. The protocol on these connecting lines is the CorNet-T
Radio
protocol from
Siemens AG.
Mobile telephones (MT)
The mobile telephone is a cordless telephone in accordance with the DECT standard. Using
mobile telephones, the features of Hicom cordless 150 E and, in particular, the major features of
the Hicom 150 E OfficePro system can be used.
Warning
The telephone must only be operated with the approved batteries (see page 12-54).
They must be charged via the charging shell before being put into operation.
