Subject Dependency/Limitation
Call Management CM does not treat an extension as a call forwarding - no answer destination if
its terminal has failed, the user has activated do not disturb or data protection
and is busy, or the user does not have trunk access (for external calls).
Call Management If an extension to which the call can be switched cannot be found, CM follows
the intercept criteria.
Group / Hunt group If no extensions in a group or a hunt group are available, the call camps on at
all terminals in the group.
Doorphone Extensions that must not be contacted in DID (e.g. doorphones) should not be
entered as stations to which calls are allocated. Otherwise, the call is
intercepted.
DTMF DID Sometimes an analog call may be released before the call forwarding - no
answer function has been completed with DTMF-DID / DISA. This is caused
by fixed timers which are used to prevent lines from "getting stuck".
Central Ringing If there is no entry in the first four columns in a CM element, a central ringer
that has been entered is called immediately regardless of the entry in column
7.
Call Management If a system search has been entered in the first position in a CM element,
entries in subsequent positions in this CM element are not executed.
Call Management If a call cannot be signalled in the system, (e.g. failure of the AC), a busy
signal is triggered.
Solution:
An entry in the 2nd column of the call destination list of the AC.
System Search The entire station range is searched on the basis of the following criteria:
The CFW is not followed.
The boss terminals are skipped.
Each terminal receives one call only.
Answer groups are not taken into consideration.
