Description GUI Description: The drive can no longer write data to a tape.
Explanation: System determines that the drive has issued a TapeAlert 6
indicating an unrecoverable write error where isolation is uncertain between
drive and media.
Detection Scenarios Tape drive issues a TapeAlert 6 which is recognized by the library during the
continuous four second polling cycle of drive status.
Root Causes Drive has determined that there is a problem per its internal algorithms.
