6. Pinch the top of the connector (2 in Figure 8-60) and lift up to disconnect it.
7. Loosen the front and rear thumb screws (1 in Figure 8-61.
8. Carefully lift the Picker Assembly and remove it through the top of the library.
Replacing the Picker Assembly on the Y-axis Assembly in a
Stand-alone Library
1. Carefully insert the Picker Assembly and replace it through the top of the
library.
2. Tighten the front and rear thumb screws (1 in Figure 8-61).
3. Facing the library, rotate the Picker until the front of the Picker Assembly is
oriented approximately 45 degrees right of center, as seen from the top of the
library, to access the flat cable connector (1 in Figure 8-60).
4. Pinch the top of the connector (2 in Figure 8-60).
5. Close the front door(s).
6. Replace the I/O Station (see “Reinstalling an I/O Station” on page 8-36.
7. Replace the top cover of the library.
8. Power ON the library.
9. Remove any media that is in the picker.
