featureisenabledandtheswitchisdirectlyconnectedtotherootbridge,staleSpanningTree
informationispreventedfromcirculatingiftherootbridgeislost.Iftherootbridgeislost,the
backup
rootwilldynamicallyloweritsbridgeprioritysothatitwillbeselectedasthenewroot
overthelostrootbridge.
