Always Log in
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
When the TR Series is in an OFFLINE mode, Users in a group with this permission assigned can
still log in and perform functions.
Ask For Accounting Period
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > EOD and Accounting Options
This function is typically used when more than one accounting period is open. (Allow Multiple
Open Accounting Periods).
ENABLED:
The User will be prompted to select the accounting period when any transaction is performed
that affects accountability reports
DISABLED:
Transactions performed while (2) accounting periods are open will be recorded in both open
accounting periods.
Audit (Coin Recycler Menu)
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler
A User can remove the coins currently in the Hoppers and process them through the Coin Sorter to
verify amounts.
Coins must be manually removed from the Coin Hoppers (requires removal and disassembly of
the Coin Hoppers), then processed through the Coin Sorter for this feature to function correctly.
To perform this function:
a) Select the desired Hopper from the displayed menu.
b) Remove the selected Hopper from the Coin Handler Rack.
c) Place the Coin Hopper Bin Lid into the slots at the top of the Hopper Bin and turn the
Hopper upside-down (if the Bin Lid is not available, turn the Hopper upside down in a
suitable container).
d) Remove the Hopper Base retaining pin and remove the Base from the Bin.
e) Place the Bin upright over the Coin Sorter Loading Tray to empty the coins from the Bin
and select continue
Note: closing/locking the Coin Handler vault is required each time a Hopper is audited.
When completed, a report will list begin coin contents, audited coin count and the variance.
Hopper counts will be set to amount counted during the audit process.
Audit Coins (Permission Group)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Group
If the “CAN AUDIT COINS” feature IS ASSIGNED to a Group:
The Users assigned to that group can perform the Audit Coins function.
If the “CAN AUDIT COINS” feature IS NOT ASSIGNED to a Group:
The Audit Coins function will not be visible to the Users in the Status > Coin Recycler menu.
The Dump/Accept (Coins In and Coins Out), functions will also be removed from the Status >
Coin Recycler menu.
