Log In > Reports
X User Setup
Will list each user enrolled in the TR Series, the Groups associated with each User and
the Department in the Groups.
The 2nd set in the report will list Users with individual permissions assigned
The 3rd set in the report will list Users with assigned vend limits.
The 4th set will list Permissions assigned to each Group
The last set will list each Group and the vend limits assigned to the Group.
Requires Dual Log In
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this functionality require an additional code entry (by another User),
for “dual access” operation.
The “Can Act As Dual Log In” must be assigned to another User in order for the feature to be used
Reset Recycler
Log In > Status > Note Recycler
This function will cause the Note Recycler to perform a self test.
Any existing errors may be cleared (if error condition has been resolved.
Restore From Backup
Log In > Configuration Menu > Restore From Backup
This function will restore the operating parameters, hardware configuration, User information and
report history from a selected flash drive to the TR Series Recycler.
Run CFT If Till Not Checked In (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > EOD and Accounting Options
ENABLED:
Amounts dispensed to Users/Registers for CFT transaction will be checked in automatically
(amount originally dispensed), if an End Of Day is performed and the Register has not be
checked in.
DISABLED:
Amounts dispensed to Users/Registers for CFT transaction WILL NOT be checked in when an
End Of Day is performed.
User will have to perform a CFT (In) when the register/till is returned for check in.
