Manager Screen Timeout

This function only applies to Users with the Permission Group assignment set to “Is a Manager”.

Determines the amount of time menus will remain open (when idle) when a Manager is logged in.

When this time entered in the function has elapsed, a message - “Do you need more time” will be

displayed.

If no response is indicated, the TR Series will return to the Main Screen.

Can be set between 30 - 900 seconds.

Maximum Accounting Period Length

“0” = OFF

1 to 999 hours = an “End Accounting Period” must be performed within the set time (since the

previous End Accounting Period was performed).

If an “End Accounting Period” is not performed within the set time a warning will be displayed

in the Status Menu

Maximum Tills Per Register

Allows multiple tills to be checked out for a Register that is checked out.

Used for the purpose of overlapping shift changes (one employee can check out a till to start a shift

before the already checked out till is checked back in).

1 - 99 Tills

Minimum Accounting Period Length

“0” = does not apply.

1 to 999 hours = a successive “End Accounting Period” cannot be performed until the appropriate

amount of time has elapsed.

Mix Schedules & Relationships

A MIX determines the types and amounts of currency to be dispensed for Register check out.

Schedules determine the time of day specific Mixes can be dispensed.

This menu allows Mixes to be created and schedules to be assigned to Mixes.

Mixed Mode/Virtual Registers

Allows non register based Users (such as waiters and waitresses), to check in/out funds.
