Notes On User Setup
PERMISSION LEVEL determines which functions can be perform by a group of Users.
A PERMISSION LEVEL must be assigned to a User Group and applies to all Users in the group.
Only (1) PERMISSION LEVEL can be assigned to a User Group
USER GROUP is a collection of Users that share the same restrictions/allowances of operational
functionality.
A USER GROUP is typically linked to a Department, which determines which register can be
accessed by all Users in the Group.
USERS are the individuals tha operate the TR250 Series equipment
USERS are assigned to User Groups that determine the functions users within the group can
perform.
Log In credintials must be set at the time the User is added
Log In requirements are dependent on the TR250 Series equipment settings and configuration
(Please see the USER LOG IN OPTIONS on the next page)
After adding a User, the User is typically assigned to a Group, which determines which
Departments/Registers can be accessed.
