Intermittent Resets/Reboots
1) Check for the presence of an Isolated Circuit, Surge Protector or UPS type device and insure all
cabling is connected securely .
2) Check the condition of the Power Cord and insure it is secured at the rear of the unit.
3) Check the condition of the ON/OFF switch - 6 amp Circuit Breaker (top/rear of the Note Handler
Vault).
4) Check the VDC output voltage connectors on the front of the Power Supply Chassis.
5) Check the +24 VDC Power Supply (lower), output voltages on the front of the Power Supply
Chassis.
If voltages are incorrect, the +24 VDC Power Supply may be defective or require
adjustment.
6) If voltage is correct, check the +24 VDC input at the Computer.
If voltage is incorrect, the Distribution PCB may be defective.
7) Possible defective +24 VDC Power Supply.
8) Possible defective Computer.
Intermittent operation of Vault Doors, Bill Acceptors, or Printers
1) Check the +24 VDC output voltage at the upper, right Power Supply connector.
If voltages are incorrect, the +24 VDC Power Supply may be defective or require
adjustment.
2) Check the +24 VDC input at the Control Computer.
Red and White = +24 VDC
a) If voltages are incorrect, the problem may be associated with the Distribution PCB.
Remove the Note Recycler to access The Distribution PCB
3) Replace the flashdrive on the Control Computer.
4) The Control Computer may be defective.
