Functional Verification
Coin Hoppers
1) Navigate to the Hopper Reset Maintenance Menu:
Log In > Maintenance Menu > Hopper Reset (Select RESET)
The display will indicate the Hopper locations, denominations and enabled status.
2) Navigate to the Hopper Statistics Maintenance Menu:
Log In > Maintenance Menu > Hopper Statistics
The display will indicate each Hopper’s response status (failure above 3% may
indicate a problem).
Coin Sorter
1) Navigate to the Sorter Maintenance Menu:
Log In > Maintenance Menu > Sorter Reset
2) Select Reset.
The display should indicate an “OK” status.
Door Operations
1) Insure all Vault Doors are open/unlocked.
2) Navigate to the Door Solenoid and Sensor Maintenance Menu:
Log In > Maintenance Menu > Door Solenoids and Sensors
The displayed Sensor map should indicate all sensors are UNLOCKED ~ OPEN.
Cash Handler Vault Door
1) With the Vault Door open, turn the Cash Handler Vault Door “T” Handle to the locked position.
2) Turn the Combination Lock housing counter-clockwise (locked).
a) Insure the housing cannot be rotated clockwise (unlocked).
b) Insure the Vault Door “T” Handle cannot be turned to the unlocked position.
The displayed Sensor Map should indicate the LOCK Sensor is CLOSED
3) From the displayed Sensor Map, activate the Solenoid by selecting the Cash Handler Vault.
a) The Solenoid should activate.
The displayed Sensor map should indicate the LOCK sensor is OPEN
4) Block the Sensor at the top/center on the Vault Door.
The displayed Sensor map should indicate the DOOR Sensor is CLOSED
5) Enter the combination.
a) 2 beeps indicate correct entry.
b) Rotate the Combination Lock housing clockwise (unlocked)
c) Turn the Vault Door “T” Handle(s) to the UNLOCKED position.
