Correct Drop
Log In > Correct Drop
Allows Users to make adjustments to the drop amounts AFTER an “Empty Drops” has been
performed.
If drops currently exist in the Drop Vault, this menu items will be subdued.
Correct Vault Drop
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this permission can make corrections to the drop amounts in the
event that actual amounts differ from the reported amount.
Courier Can Deliver Change Order (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
Allows the Courier to deposit cash utilizing the Coin and Note Recyclers.
Courier Can Enter Notations On Receipt (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
Allows the Courier to make text entries (notations) that will appear on the Courier receipt (1st
receipt printed after door opening/cash pickup.
Notes entered will appear on the receipt that is printed after the door opening that follows the
notation entry.
Example:
If notations need to appear on the receipt for the pick up currently being performed:
Notations should be entered BEFORE opening the door.
If notes need to appear on the pickup following the current pickup:
Notations should be entered AFTER opening the door.
Note: Notation entries are erased after door opening/receipt is printed
Courier Feeds Cash (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
Cash 360 function must be enabled to perform this function
In order for this feature to function:
a) Cash 360 must be enabled
b) External Vault fund must be enabled
c) Funds must exist in the External Vault Fund
d) An order for Change Purchase must have been placed and retrieved
ENABLED:
The Courier menu will contain an option for “Deliver Change Purchase”.
DISABLED:
No function to deposit purchased change will exist in the Courier Menu..
