Act For Other Exclusions
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Can Act For Others Exclusions
When Users are allowed to “Act For Others” (check in another person’s checked out till), this
function can be used to specify which Groups (and departments/registers associated with the
Group) are excluded from being checked in by “Act For Others” users.
NOTE: When a User or Group’s Permission is set to “Is A Manager”, the Act For Others function is
always enabled, regardless of exclusion settings.
Accept (Coins In)
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Dump Accept > Coins In
The intended purpose of this feature is to verify Coin Hopper amounts.
Coins being added for normal operations should be loaded using the CASH IN function.
Performing an “accept” (coins in), will produce a report indicating the beginning counts, ending
counts and the “coin out/coin in” net difference.
Coins inserted using this feature do not effect Register or Overflow Bin amounts.
ACCEPT (Coins in) = The Coin Sorter will operate, allowing coins to deposited into the Hoppers.
Add cash (operation)
Log In > Add Cash
Will allow the User to deposit coins or notes utilizing the Coin Sorter and Note Recycler.
An “Add Cash” function does not require the User to perform an “End Shift” in order to deposit
funds.
Funds added using this function are not associated to a department or register.
Cash added using this function will be reflected on the Cash In and Out Cash Out Report only.
Add cash (permission)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Will allow the User to deposit coins or notes utilizing the Coin Sorter and Note Recycler.
An “Add Cash” function does not require the User to perform an “End Shift” in order to deposit
funds.
Funds added using this function are not associated to a department or register.

When added, the following can be assigned to the User
First Name - Last Name
Log In Options
Keypad (Login ID and PIN Number)
Fingerprint Reader
