Selections don’t appear in the “Combo Dispense” menu
1) There are no coins in the Dispenser. Perform a “New Coin Count” or “Add Coins” from the Cash
Control > Load Cash Device Menu.
2) There are no bills in the Dispenser Count menu. Perform a “New Count” or “Add Bills” from the
Cash Control > Load Cash Device Menu.
3) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

4) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

Selections don’t show the Coin Dispenser Denomination in the “Let Me Choose” sub
menu of the Dispense Coins operations.
1) Policy settings for dual currency (should be set to single currency).
