Configure Garda Reporting
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
This menu allows email settings to entered.
Enable Garda Reporting (T/F)
When enabled, PDF file copies of reports will be email when an End Of Day is performed.
Garda Serial Number
A customer specific/unique Serial number can be entered here.
This is not the Tidel manufacturing Serial Number.
SMTP Server IP Address
The Host Server IP address where emails will be sent.
Send Email To
The email address where PDF files will be sent.
Send Email From
This field allows entry of a “from” identity.
A “from” name, serial number, email address can be entered.
Courier Receipt Type
Dunbar / Garda / Loomis
Garda Relay
Enabled when Garda utilizes a relay/server.
SMTP User Name
The user name used to sign into the receiving email server (if used).
SMTP Password
The password used to sign into the receiving email server (if used).
SMTP Port
Assigned by the IT administrator of the host. (Default is port 25)
Use SSL Encryption Type - (T/F)
Enabled when the Host is utilizing SSL encryption.
Configure Main Screen Buttons
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > User Interface Options Menu
This function allows the User to determine which selections are displayed on the Main (idle)
Screen
Up to (6) selections can be displayed.
Configure Provisional Credit Reporting
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
For POS interface.
POS XML Interface (Enable/Disable)
Port
Assigned by the host IT administrator.
(Default port is 4240)
POS Idle Timeout
30 - 240 seconds
