Note Recycler Self Test Error Codes

1) Ensure the Door (Interlock) Switch is pulled out if the Note Handler Vault Door is open.
2) Ensure the Cassette Rack and Note Recycler are seated securely in the Note Recycler Cradle.
3) Open the Note Handler Vault and inspect the Door (Interlock) Switch.
4) Check for +24 VDC at the lower connector on the Power Supply Chassis.
4) Check the +24 VDC connection at the Note Recycler Power Distribution PCB (lower right corner
of the Note Recycler).
5) Remove the Door (Interlock) lock switch mounting bracket from the Note Recycler Cradle and
inspect the wiring connections.
6) Possible defective Door (Interlock) Switch.

1) Note Recycler extended while running.
2) Ensure the Cassette Rack and Note Recycler are seated securely in the Note Recycler Cradle.
3) Ensure the Door (Interlock) Switch is pulled out and perform the Dispenser Self Test.
a) Press and hold the SW1, SW2 and ST buttons on the Dispenser PCB.
b) When the LED’s indicate “0.0.”, release all three buttons.
c) Press SW1 until the LED’s indicate “1.0.”
d) Press SW2 until the LED’s indicate “1.1.”
e) Press the ST button twice.
X The Note Recycler should run
