Step 1: Mark the anchor installation locations using the supplied Bolt Down Template.
Step 2: Outline the front/outside template edges on the floor surface (with a non permanent marker).
Marking the template edges will assist with aligning the cabinet with the anchor holes
during installation.
Step 3: Drill the (6) holes approximately 2” deep (enough to recess the anchors approximately 3/8”
below the surface of the floor).
If the anchors are installed flush with the floor surface, the bolts cannot be tightened all
the way down to the bottom of the unit.
Step 4: Remove any concrete dust and place the anchors into the holes.
Step 5: Anchors must be “set” before installing the bolts.
To set the anchors, Tidel recommends using an approved “Setting Tool” to drive the plug
inside the anchor down with a hammer until it is wedged solidly in the floor.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE BOLT TO SET THE ANCHOR!
