X When Rolled Coin Counts are equal, the Dispenser will alternate after each dispense
request (after each coin roll dispense)
X If a Dispenser runs empty during a dispense request, the dispense will be completed
from another Dispenser of the same denomination (will NOT dispense from a different
denomination Dispenser).
When all dispensers are assigned a different coin denomination:
X The Dispenser will dispense from the lowest to highest coin denomination
