Red LED is flashing on the Dispenser PCB (one Dispenser)
The dispense transaction is not complete.
1) The dispense transaction is not complete.
Remove the coin rolls from the Receiving Tray and press DONE on the Touchscreen.
2) Insure the exit path and Exit Sensor (inside receiving tray), are not blocked.
3) Check for a jam in the Cradle.
4) Check the Drop/Exit Sensor connection at terminal J5 on the Dispenser PCB.
5) Possible broken Timing Disk
6) Possible defective Timing Sensor.
7) Possible defective Exit Sensor.
8) Possible defective Motor.
Red LED’s illuminated on Dispensers (all)
1) Power the unit down for at least 1 minute and then re-apply VAC power.
2) Perform a “New Coin Count” or “Add Coins” from the Coin Control Menu.
Log In > Cash Control > Load Cash Device > Coin Dispenser Counts
3) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

4) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

5) Ensure connections are secured in the PROPER DATA PORT COUPLER at the rear of the
Remote Module and Host Controller.
6) Ensure power is applied to all devices, then perform the auto-detect function to set the
configuration.
Log In > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Auto Detect
