EOD And Accounting Options Menu

The following options are available for End Of Day and accounting functions.
X Accounting Email Report Configuration
Password
The password used to sign into the receiving email server (if used).
Port
Assigned by the host company IT administrator
Report Type to Send
Selected from available reports listed in the menu
SMTP Host
The Host Server IP address where emails will be sent.
Send Email From
Used to enter a unique identification (can be name, email address, serial number,
etc)
Send Email To
The email address where PDF files will be sent.
SSL Encryption Enable
Enabled when the Host is utilizing SSL encryption.
User Name
The user name used to sign into the receiving email server (if used).
X Allow Multiple Tills Per Register (T/F)
Allows Users to start a shift (register/till check out), and associate the till check out to a
register that currently has a checked out till assigned to it.
Useful when a User is starting a shift before the current User has end their shift.
“Maximum Number Of Tills” must be set higher than “1” in order to check out multiple
tills for a checked out register.
X Allow Multiple Open Accounting Periods (Y/N)
Allows the User to begin separate accounting periods.
When “Start New Accounting Period” is performed, the User will be prompted to
name the accounting period.
X Ask For Accounting Period
If enabled, the User will be prompted to name the accounting period when a “Start
New Accounting Period” is performed.
X Auto End Of Day Time
The User can set the time of day an “End Accounting Period” will automatically occur.
X Auto Start Of Day Time
The time of day an accounting period will begin automatically, each day.
X Automatic Back Up
Disabled/Local Drive/Network/USB
X Automatic Check In Till At End Of Day
