End Of Shift
This function is selected when a user is ready to “check in” a register (deposit).
a) The User will be prompted to Log In.
Depending on the TR Series operational settings:
X The User can place an “enrolled” finger on the fingerprint scanner or apply the i-Key to
the i-Key Reader Socket
X Select “Done” - Allows the User to enter an assigned User Logon ID and PIN
NOTE: An authorized User may be required to enter a code for “Dual Access” Log In.
b) The User will be prompted to select the register
Register/Till selection will be dependent on the TR Series operational settings
X NFC or TILL ID
The Register ID Tag can be scanned .
Manual Select - allows the register to be selected from the displayed list
X Register ID or ID
If the User has only 1 register checked out, the deposit process will begin.
Register selections are displayed by the User’s Log In ID or the Register Name
A User with the ability to ACT FOR OTHERS can check in another User’s register by
selecting the register from a displayed list of Registers/Tills.
X User ID (or registers are auto-assigned)
Till fund deposit begins automatically when an End Of Shift is performed by the User
that started the shift
A User with the ability to ACT FOR OTHERS can check in another User’s register by
selecting the register from a displayed list of User Log In ID’s
c) Deposit the register/till funds
NOTES are placed in the Note Collection Door (200 notes maximum per insertion).
Notes deposited during an End Of Shift transaction will be sorted into the recycling
cassettes.
Notes that can be identified by the recycler, but are not acceptable for cash recycling will be
placed in the Deposit Cassette.
Notes that cannot be identified by the recycler will be presented back to the Note Collection
Door.
COINS are placed in the Coin Sorter Loading Tray (3000 coin maximum per load), and are
sorted/deposited into the appropriate Coin Hopper.
