i-Key and Reader
The i-Key is used for Courier operations or optional user logon.
Note: If a previous (deleted) user was associated the same key, the system may not allow use
of the i-Key until account history is no longer valid.

Log In > Maintenance Menu > i-button Diagnostic
1) Place a known working i-Key into the Reader socket (hold in place minimum 10 seconds).
2) If the last 4 numbers of the i-Key checksum and serial number are displayed, the i-Key Reader
and i-Key are functioning.
3) Ensure the i-Key is linked to an account.
