An error has been detected in the Recycler.
Select CONTINUE or TRY AGAIN to see a description of the existing error.
Before you continue dumping coins, verify overflow tray is properly aligned
Indicates coin receiving tray or overflow bin slide rack is out of position.
1) Ensure the Coin Receiving Tray is fully back into the dispense area.
2) Ensure the Overflow Bin slide rack is fully back.
3) Extend the Coin Receiving Tray Rack fully and check the operation of the sensor actuator pin at
the sensor when the tray is installed.
4) Check the condition of the Coin Tray Rack Sensor.
5) Check the Sensor connections at terminal J18 and J19 on the Hardware Support PCB (located
behind the Hoppers.
Cannot check in or check out your till - cash devices inoperative
Indicates errors on Coin and Note devices (both).
1) Perform a power reset.
Prior to disconnecting VAC power from the Note Handler/UPS, perform a “Shut Down
Computer”.
Log In > Exit > Shut Down Computer
2) Insure all doors are shut and locked.
3) Check the STATUS menu of both devices and attempt to resolve problems individually.
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler / Note Recycler

a) Perform Clear Errors.
b) Perform Note Exchange.
X Coin Recycler
a) Perform Clear Errors.
b) Insure doors are closed and locked.
c) Perform Coin Exchange.
