Dump/Accept
Log In > Status > Coin Recycler
The intended purpose of this feature is to verify Coin Hopper amounts.
Performing a “dump” (coins out), followed by an “accept” (coins in), will produce a report indicating
the beginning counts, ending counts and the “coin out/coin in” net difference.
a) Perform the Dump function for all Hoppers requiring count verification
b) Add all coins dumped from the Hoppers to the Coin Sorter Loading Tray
c) Perform the Accept function.
Note: Do Not exit the Dump/Accept menu until the Dump/Accept functions have been
performed in the order listed above - Multiple reports will be required for balancing
ACCEPT (Coins in) = The Coin Sorter will operate, allowing coins to deposited into the Hoppers.
DUMP (Coins out) = The entire contents of a selected hopper will be dispensed into the Coin
Receiving Tray or the Overflow Bin.
To dump coins to the Coin Collection Tray:
a) Ensure the Coin Vault Door is shut and locked.
b) Ensure the Coin Collection Tray and Rack are fully into the Coin Handler Vault.
c) Select “Dump” (Coins Out).
d) Select the desired Hopper.
e) All coins in the selected Hopper will dispense into the Coin Collection Tray.
The Coin Collection Tray has a limited capacity (depending on coin type).
The dump process may require removal/unloading the Coin Collection Tray multiple
times in order to dump all coins from the selected Hopper.
To Dump Coins to the Overflow Bin:
a) COINS EXISTING IN THE OVERFLOW BIN MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO PERFORMING
THIS FUNCTION TO PREVENT ACCOUNTING ERRORS
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Empty Bin
b) Open the Coin Handler Vault Door and transfer the coins from the overflow bin to a
suitable container.
c) Extend the Coin Collection Rack fully out of the Coin Handler Vault
d) Navigate to the Dump/Accept Menu - Select Coins Out
e) Select the desired Hopper (repeat for all Hoppers requiring dump).
Coins dumped to the Overflow Bin WILL NOT be added to the Overflow Bin count.
DURING DISPENSING:
X If dispensing is allowed to complete (all coins dispensed from Hopper)
The Hopper Coin Count will be automatically set to “0”.
X If dispensing cancelled before all coins are dispensed
The number of coins dispensed will be deducted from the Hopper Coin Count.
