Rolled Coin Dispenser Over Current

1) Inspect condition of coin rolls loaded in the Magazine.

2) Empty the Rolled Coins from the Dispenser Magazine and check for jams in the Cradle.

3) Check the Sensor connection at terminal J3 (Timing Sensor), on the Dispenser PCB.

4) Possible defective Motor.

Rolled Coins Initializing is displayed

1) Disconnect VAC power from the Controller and Remote Module for a minimum of 1 minute then

re-apply VAC power,

2) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

3) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Dispense Choice Menu.

Choices

4) Ensure connections are secured in the PROPER DATA PORT COUPLER at the rear of the

Remote Module and Host Controller.

5) Check the condition of the Data Port Coupler at the rear of the Rolled Coin Dispenser and Host

Controller.

6) Ensure power is applied to all devices, all doors are open and then perform the hardware-

detect function to set the configuration.

7) Ensure the data port comm cable is connected to the appropriate port (RCVEND COMM), on

the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB

8) Check the +12 VDC output of the Power Supply.

If incorrect, adjust the +12 VDC or replace the Power Supply

9) If voltage is correct, check the voltage at the +5 VDC and +12 VDC test points on the Rolled Coin

Dispenser PCB.

If incorrect, replace the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB

10) Check the Voltage Present and Health LED’s on the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB

If not illuminated, the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB may be defective

Rolled Coin does not appear in the Diagnostics Menu

1) Ensure power is applied to all devices, all doors are open and then perform the hardware

detect function to set the configuration.
