X Rolled Coin Dispenser
LAN Connection
IP Address Entry = Device addressing (if applicable)
Local = Note Recycler is connected directly to the TR Series computer.
No Device = TR Series will not contain any Rolled Coin dispensing menus.
Simulator = Allows the manufacturer to perform testing when a Coin Recycler is not actually
connected to the TR Series (not for field use).
Magazine Configuration
Sets the coin denomination for the Rolled Coin Dispensers
X UPS Monitoring
The following menus only apply if the TR Series Recycler is equipped with a UPS Device.
Enable Interface (T/F)
If enabled, operations can be performed in the event of a power loss, within the limitations
of the UPS Monitoring setup (can be set between 1 and 180 minutes).
Battery Run Time To Allow Transactions
The UPS device reports the amount of time left before battery depletion.
When the amount of battery life falls below the set time, the Computer will prevent coin
and note dispensing operations.
Low Battery Level To Shutdown Computer
When the amount of battery life falls below the set time, the Computer will perform a
system shutdown.
Device Monitoring
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Device Monitoring
Allows the managing Host to observe operational functions of the TR Series.
X Enable Device Monitoring (T/F)
Updates are sent to the Host every 5 minutes or in the event of a status change.
Addressing for host (Tidel) is hard coded and non-configurable
Device Statuses
Log In > Maintenance Menu
A report containing operational status of each device incorporated on the TR Series Recycler will
be generated
Dispense Coins To Overflow
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Dispense Coins To Overflow
The Overflow Bin is the large pan in the bottom of the Coin Handler Vault.
A specified number of coins can be dispensed from the Hoppers into the Overflow Bin.
To perform this function, the Coin Collection Tray Rack must be fully extended and the Coin
Handler Vault must be shut and locked.
Dumping coins does not affect Department/Register relationships or accounting.
