Empty Drop Vault
The User can remove Drops from the reports after the Drops have been physically removed
from the Drop Vault.
End day
This function creates a file to store a report of all activity performed since the prior End Of Day
was performed.
When this function is performed, a new reporting period will begin.
All amounts in the Recycler, Overflow Bin, Drop compartments, etc... will be carried over to the
next reporting period as a balance forward, unless functions are performed to remove them
prior to an End Day.
Exchange
A User can adjust the note count in the Note Cassettes.
Exit Software
If allowed, the User can exit the Tidel Application screen and access the Windows Operating
System.
Forego remedial videos
Error remedy videos will not be displayed to a User with this option assigned.
Is A Courier
If this permission is assigned to a User, Courier Functions such as “Pickup Deposit” will be
available.
If a pickup deposit is performed, any amounts existing in the Courier Tray will automatically be
removed.
Is a Manager
Users linked to a Group with this abilty can perform the “ACT FOR OTHERS” function
automatically.
Other User abilities must be assigned to the Permission Group even if the “Is A Manager” feature
is enabled..
Is Service Video Only
If enabled, the User or Group will only be able to view service videos, regardless of other
permissions.
Maintain System
User can perform preventive maintenance routines.
Open BNR Vault
Allows the User to open the vault which contains the Note Recycler.
The User must also have the permission “Open Doors” enabled in order to open specific doors.
Open BNR Top Cover
Allows the User to open the top hatch which contains the Electronics Bay..
The User must also have the permission “Open Doors” enabled in order to open specific doors.
Open Coin Vault Door
Allows the User to open the front vault door on the High Capacity Bulk Coin Dispenser (if
equipped).
