Track Pickup Sessions (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > EOD and Accounting Options
A Pickup Session is started when a designated User relieves excess cash from checked out
registers and deposits the excess cash.
Transaction Expirations
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > EOD and Accounting Options
Transactions older that the time range designated (expired), will be deleted from the report history
and cannot be retrieved.
10 - 180 days
Transfer From Overflow
Log In > Status > Coin Recycler
Allows coins to be removed from the Overflow Bin and processed through the Coin Sorter (deposited
back into the Hoppers).
Coins processed through the Coin Sorter into the Hoppers using this function will be automatically
deducted from the Overflow Bin count.
UPS Monitoring
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Device Configuration > UPS Monitoring
The following menus only apply if the TR Series is equipped with a UPS Device.
X Enable Interface (T/F)
If enabled, operations can be performed in the event of a power loss, within the
limitations of the UPS Monitoring setup.
X Battery Run Time To Allow Transactions
The UPS device reports the amount of time left before battery depletion.
When the amount of battery life falls below the set time, the Computer will prevent coin
and note dispensing operations.
Can be set between 1 and 180 minutes.
X Low Battery Level To Shutdown Computer
When the amount of battery life falls below the set time, the Computer will perform a
system shutdown.
Use Cash Fund Transfer System (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > User Authentication Options Menu
Cash Fund Transfer operations allow cash to be dispensed/deposited for the purpose of
exchanging cash not associated with department/register operations (typically for paying to or
receiving funds from vendors)
Cash find transfers can be associated with registers, if desired.
Use Courier Tray
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this ability can access menus which allow funds to be moved to a
Courier Tray for pickup by armored car services.
