Dispense Till
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users in a Group with this ability can perform a Start Of Shift
Dispense To Overflow
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this ability can dispense coins from the Coin Hoppers into the pan
located in the bottom of the Coin Handler.
Door Solenoid And Sensors
Log In > Maintenance Menu
A diagram of door solenoids and sensors will be displayed (refer to the Diagnostic Menu Chapter)
Sensors can be tested by blocking sensors and observing the results on the displayed diagram.
Solenoids can be activated by selecting the desired door on the displayed diagram.
Drop Vault Options
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Drop Vault
The Drop Vault is a vault/cabinet, typically mounted between the Note Handler and Coin Handler
If the unit is not equipped with an actual Drop Vault, door operation menus will indicate non-
existent, non functional doors
Menus that apply to Drop Vault functions.
X Drop After Till Deposit
When enabled, a selection for “Vault Drop” will be displayed at the bottom of the “Check
In” process screen.
X Drop Vault In User Menu (T/F)
If disabled, the option to perform a drop will not appear in a User’s menus (after log in).
X Drop Vault Media Choices
Non-Cash Only = When drops are performed, the user will be prompted to enter a bag/
envelope/ID number only, no cash amount can be entered.
Valued Cash Only = When drops are performed, the user will be prompted to enter an
amount, denomination details (optional) and a bag/envelope/ID number.
X Drop Vault Tracking Number
Can be set to Bag/Envelope number or User ID
When a drop is performed, the user must enter the appropriate reference type.
X Has Drop Vault (T/F)
Should be enabled when the TR Series is equipped with an additional vault (between
the Coin Handler and Note Handler).
Enabled:
Drop functions (above), will be available in the operation menus.
Drops can be inserted into the slot/compartment at the bottom of the Note Handler
Door (this compartment is actually the Courier Tray, but can be used for drops).
Disabled:
Drop functions listed above will not be visible in the operational menus.
