Perform Maintenance (Coin Recycler and Coin Sorter)
Log In > Status > Coin Recycler
CLEANING REMINDER:
The CLEANING reminder is pre-set from the factory to appear after 70,000 coins have been
processed through the Coin Recycler.
The reminder interval can be changed to appear between 1 and 999,999 coins.
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Maintenance and Odometers
When the reminder is displayed, the Coin Hopper Base and Coin Sorter should be cleaned.
X If possible, perform a “Dispense Coins To Overflow” prior to removing the Hopper.
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Dispense Coins To Overflow
Clearing the cleaning reminder
1) Navigate to the Coin Recycler Menu.
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Perform Maintenance
2) Select the desired Hopper and choose “CLEAN”.
3) Verify cleaning was performed - when prompted to reset the counter to “0”.
4) Repeat steps 2 & 3 to clear counters on cleaned Hoppers.
Cleaning reminders will no longer appear after counter has been cleared.
MAINTENANCE REMINDER:
The MAINTENANCE reminder is pre-set from the factory to appear after 500,000 coins have been
dispensed from any of the Coin Hoppers.
The reminder interval can be changed to appear between 1 and 999,999 coins.
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Maintenance and Odometers
When the MAINTENANCE reminder is displayed, the Coin Hopper Base should be disassembled
and inspected for signs of wear on the feed/exit pathways and metal parts at the exit.
Hoppers should be replaced if excessive wear is visible.
Clearing the Maintenance reminder
1) Navigate to the Coin Recycler Menu.
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Perform Maintenance
2) Select the desired Hopper and choose “REPLACE”.
3) Verify replacement was perform when prompted to reset the lifetime counter to “0”.
4) Repeat steps 2 & 3 to clear counters on replaced Hoppers.
Maintenance reminders will no longer appear after counter has been cleared.
