Add User To Group
Log In > User Management
This function assigns individual Users to a Permission Group that share the same abilities.
Users can be assigned to more than one Permission Group.
Advance Cash (operation)
Log In > Advance Cash
This function is performed when a register is checked out (being used), but requires cash due to
low funds (typically due to lottery payouts, check cashing, refunds, etc...)
Any amounts dispensed will be added to the Register’s balance.
Advance Cash (permission)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
A User assigned to a Group with this ability can dispense cash to a register that is checked out,
Any amounts dispensed will be added to the Register’s balance.
