The TR250 can be connected to a 110 VAC or 240 VAC circuit without modifying the Power Supply.
TR250 units are equipped with (2) Power Supplies encased in a chassis that is mounted inside the
Electronics Bay.
The larger Power Supply provides +24 VDC to the Note Recycler, Printer, Solenoids and Coin Handler.
The smaller Power Supply provides +5 VDC for Door Sensor operation.
On the front of the Power Supply Chassis:
The UPPER Power connector:
Supplies +5, +12 and +24 VDC power to the Distribution PCB which provides power to the
Computer, Printer, Display/Touchscreen and Note Recycler Vault Solenoids/Sensors.
The LOWER Power Supply output connector:
Supplies +24 VDC power to the Note Recycler only.
Incorrect voltages may possibly be corrected by making adjustments with the potentiometer on the
Power Supplies.
If no Power Supply output voltages are present when VAC power is applied, check the following
1) Insure the ON/OFF switch - Circuit Breaker (at the top/rear of the TR250 Note Handler Vault),
has not opened.
2) If equipped with a UPS Device, insure the UPS is “ON”.
