Magazine X Initializing (all Dispensers)
1) Disconnect VAC power from the Controller and Remote Module for a minimum of 1 minute then
re-apply VAC power.
2) Insure the Rolled Coin Count is correct.
Log In > Cash Control > Rolled Coin Count
3) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.
Log In > Cash Control > Configure Dispense Choices > Rolled Coin Dispenser > Setup

4) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Dispense Choice Menu.

5) Ensure connections are secured in the PROPER DATA PORT COUPLER at the rear of the
Remote Module and Host Controller.
6) Check the condition of the Data Port Coupler at the rear of the Rolled Coin Dispenser and Host
Controller.
7) Ensure power is applied to all devices, all doors are open and then perform the hardware-
detect function to set the configuration.
Log In > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Hardware Detect
8) Ensure the data port comm cable is connected to the appropriate port (RCVEND COMM), on
the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB
9) Check the +12 VDC output of the Power Supply.
If incorrect, adjust the +12 VDC or replace the Power Supply
10) If voltage is correct, check the voltage at the +5 VDC and +12 VDC test points on the Rolled Coin
Dispenser PCB.
If incorrect, replace the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB
11) Check the Voltage Present and Health LED’s on the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB
If not illuminated, the Rolled Coin Dispenser PCB may be defective
