Till Tracking
Determines the method of checking in/out register tills.
Note: Any User in a Group with the “CAN ACT FOR OTHERS” ability enabled, can check in any
register that was checked out by another user.
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > User Interface
If the TR Series Till Tracking is set to “NFC or Till ID” mode:
Users can check out as many registers/tills as allowed by the “Max Checkouts” in the User Group
settings.
Start Of Shift:
X Dept/Register can be selected from a displayed list
X The NFC Tag can be scanned or the Till ID can be manually entered
The Till ID Till Funds are dispensed
End Of Shift:
X Dept/Register can be selected from a displayed list
X The NFC Tag can be scanned or the Till ID can be manually entered
Till fund deposit begins
If the TR Series Till Tracking is set to “User ID” mode:
User can have only (1) register checked out, regardless of the number of “Max Checkouts” in the
User Group settings.
Start Of Shift:
X Select the Dept/Register
X No Till Number entry/scan is available
Till Funds are dispensed
End Of Shift:
X Till fund deposit begins automatically when selection is automatic when an End Of
Shift is performed by the User that started the shift
X A User with the ability to ACT FOR OTHERS can check in another User’s register by
selecting the register from a displayed list of User Log In ID’s

If the TR Series Till Tracking is set to “Register Name or ID” mode:
Users can check out as many registers/tills as allowed by the “Max Checkouts” in the User Group
settings.
Start Of Shift:
X Select the Dept/Register
X No Till Number entry/scan is available
Till Funds are dispensed
End Of Shift:
X The User selects the Dept/Register
X A User with the ability to ACT FOR OTHERS can check in another User’s register by
selecting the register from a displayed list of Registers/Tills.
