Display indicates “The door is ready to open” after the door has been opened.
Typically caused by a non functioning Sensor:
f Use the Diagnostic Menu to view the Sensor status.
Login > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Doors
1) Block and unblock the Sensor.
a) If the Sensor status does not respond for the designated Sensor, continue to block and
unblock the sensor while viewing the status of other doors associated with the unit.
If the Sensor “blocked/unblocked” response is displayed for a door the Sensor is not
mounted on, the Sensor is connected to the incorrect terminal on the Distribution PCB
2) If no ““blocked/unblocked” status is displayed in the Diagnostics Menu.
a) Check the Sensor “quick connect” at the Sensor.
b) Check the Sensor connection on the Distribution PCB.
c) The Sensor may be defective.
d) The Distribution PCB or cable may be defective.
Door is open but locking bar/handle is in locked position.
1) Activate the locking mechanism using the Open Vault Menu.
Login > Open Vault
Select the Vault Door that applies to the door that is locked open.
2) Activate the appropriate solenoid using the Diagnostic Menu.
Login > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Doors
Select the “SOLENOID ON” that applies to the door that is locked open.
