Door (Interlock) Switch
The Door (Interlock) Switch disconnects or applies +24 VDC power at a circuit that allows Note Recycler
operations when the Note Handler Door is open.
The Door (Interlock) Switch is mounted on the right side of the Note Recycler Cradle.
Access to the switch or wiring requires (partial) removal of the Note Recycler from the Note Handler
Vault.
When performing Note Recycler operations or service with the Note Handler Door in the open position,
the DOOR (INTERLOCK) SWITCH must be engaged.
The Door Switch circuit is closed when pulled out or completely pressed in.
Errors will occur and Note Recycler operations will not be possible with the Door (Interlock) Switch in a
“open door” position.
When the Door Switch is engaged (pulled out or pressed completely in), +24 VDC is applied to the
motor operation circuit of the Note Recycler
