Force Check In
Log In > Force Check In
If register till drawers are not available, registers can be checked in without being present.
When performed, the register will be reflected as checked in, but no amounts will reflect as
deposited.
When the register till is returned, a “Cash Pick Up” can be performed, allowing selection of the
register.
Groups & Relationships
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Groups & Relationships
A GROUP contains Departments/Registers.
Users can only access Registers contained within the Departments in their assigned Group.
This menu allows Groups to be created and Departments to be assigned to the selected Group.
Hopper Configuration
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Device Configuration > Coin Recycler
Configuration > Hopper Configuration
Increasing default amounts from factory settings is not recommended.
Coin Hopper layout is determined by the setup of the Coin Sorter/Manifold relation.
Coin Hopper denominations/locations can only be changed by modifying the Coin Sorter Sorting
Plate and Coin Sorter Exit Manifold.
X Hopper Enable/Disable
Enabled = The Hopper will accessible when programming mixes
Disabled = Hopper cannot be included when programming mixes
X Dispensable Enable/Disable
Determines if coins will be dispensed from Hoppers
X Capacity
Determines the highest number of coins allowable in the hopper
Number/Amount varies by coin size - refer to the “Coin Hopper” chapter of the TR
Series Manual for details
X Cup Size
Determines how many coins can be deposited in the Coin Collection Tray before
removal/empty is required.

Hopper Reset
Log In > Maintenance Menu
Each Hopper will be initialized and the reset status will be displayed
Hopper statistic odometers will be reset to “0”
