Permissions Groups (continued)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc

This ability will allow the User to see Note counts when the “Status” bar is selected at the
bottom of the Main Screen.
Service Recyclers
When enabled, the User can access Note Recycler menu from the Status Bar (after Log
In), to perform functions such as clearing errors, manually loading cash, auditing funds,
etc.
Use Courier Tray
Provides access to menus which allows funds to be moved to a Courier Tray for pickup by
armored car services.
Use vault funds
Provides menus that allow funds be transferred between vault areas and devices.
View Service Videos
Users can access video files to assist with troubleshooting error with the Note Handler
system.
Pickup Cash
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this ability can make deposits from a Register that is still checked out.
This function is usually performed prior to the CASH OUT or END OF DAY functions or when till
amounts need to be reduced.
Pickup Deposit
Log In > Pickup Deposit
This function is available as a Courier function when the “Courier Services Right/Left/Both” is
enabled.
When the Courier function “Courier Services Right/Left/Both” is disabled (set to NONE), the pickup
deposit must be enabled for the users in the Permission Group settings.
When selected, the Courier will be prompted to open the Note Handler door and empty the
Deposit Cassette.
A Courier Report will be generate after the Note Handler Door is closed and locked.
A “Prepare Deposit” should be performed prior to performing this function.
PIN Expiration Notify
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > User Authentication
This feature determines how many days prior to PIN Expiration a “Change PIN Reminder” will be
Displayed.
The change PIN warning will appear each time the User logs in.
PIN Expiration Time
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > User Authentication
This feature sets the number of days (1-999), a User’s PIN will be valid.
When a PIN expires, the Log In ID is still valid, only the PIN will expire.
