Permissions Groups (continued)

Open CI50 Shutter
Users linked to a Group with this ability can open the Glory Note Handler top hatch.
The User must also have the permission “Open Doors” enabled in order to open specific
doors.
Open Coin Vault
Users linked to a Group with this ability can open the Coin Handler vault door.
The User must also have the permission “Open Doors” enabled in order to open specific
doors.
Open Drop Chute
Users linked to a Group with this ability can pull the drop handle open on the Drop Vault.
NOTE: The DROP VAULT is not available at this time.
Open Drop Vault
Users linked to a Group with this ability can open the Drop Vault Door.
NOTE: The DROP VAULT is not available at this time.
Open Doors
Users linked to a Group with this ability can open assigned in the Group Permissions.
Open Rolled Coin Dispenser
Users linked to a Group with this ability can open the Rolled Coin Dispenser door.
Open Storage Vault
Users linked to a Group with this ability can open the Storage Vault door on the Drop
Vault.
NOTE: The DROP VAULT is not available at this time. Override check in
Allows the user to perform a “Force Check In” (Check in a register for a User that is not
present or has not brought a register till in).
Pickup Cash
A User can make deposits from a Register that is still checked out.
This function is usually performed prior to the CASH OUT or END OF DAY functions or
when till amounts need to be reduced.
Prepare Deposit
Preparing a deposit will cause the Note Recycler to move notes from the Recycle
Cassettes to the Deposit Cassette in order to achieve the Static Balance amount in the
Note Handler
Pull reports
This function will allow User to access the report printing functions and menu of the Note
Handler
Requires Dual Log In
Assigning this function to a User will require an additional code entry (by another User), for
“dual access” operation.
The “Can Act As Dual Log In” must be assigned to a User in order for the feature to be
used.
