Is A Courier
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Courier Services BNR must be enabled for Courier features to function.
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
When this function is NOT ASSIGNED to a Group, all other functions assigned to the User Group
are available except PICKUP DEPOSIT.
When this function IS assigned to a Group, The PICKUP DEPOSIT selection will be available when
the Courier logs in.
If other functions are required for the Courier, they should be enabled in the Permission Groups.
Note: When the Permission Group is assigned “Is A Courier” the following functions are not
available, even if enabled in the Permission Groups.

Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this ability can perform the “ACT FOR OTHERS” function automatically.
Users linked to a Group with “Is A Manager” assigned will be able to “Act For Others” regardless of
Act For Others Exclusions.
Users linked to a Group with “Is A Manager” assigned cannot be edited by non “Is A Manager”
Users.
This function should not be assigned to Groups with permissions higher than those of Manager
permissions.
Addtional abilities (if desired), must be assigned to the Permission Group even if the “Is A Manager”
feature is enabled.
Is Service Video Only
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
If enabled, Users assigned to the Permission Group can view service videos, regardless of other
permissions.
LAN Connection
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Device Configuration > Coin Recycler
Configuration > LAN Connection
Provides access to the Coin Handler Setup:
X Local = Coin Handler is connected directly to the TR Series computer.
NOTE: This setting must be set to local to enable the TR Series Printer to function.
X No Device = TR Series will not contain any coin recycling menus.
X Simulator = Allows the manufacturer to perform testing when a Coin Recycler is not
actually connected to the TR Series (not for field use).
