General information
The Cencon Lock is a equipped on the Deposit Cassette Door of Glory Note Handler units.
When used on Courier/Armored Car serviced locations, no action or combination changes are required
at installation.
When used in stand alone (non/courier - location banked) applications, the lock can be used as the
exclusive locking/opening device for the lower vault door.
When the dial is rotated, a generator will power up the lock, which will display prompts for operation.

Opening the door for the rst time or with the default combination
3 Rotate the lock dial CW until “DL” is displayed.
4 Rotate the lock dial CCW until “EC” is displayed.
Enter: 50 25 50 - the lock display will show “OPr”
3 Rotate the lock dial CW until the dial will no longer turn.
Turn the Vault Door Handle to open the door
To change the default combination
1) Open the vault door.
2) Place the handle in the locked position with the DOOR OPEN.
3) Rotate the lock dial CCW to secure the door/handle in an open-locked position.
4) Locate the “change key”, mounted on the right side of the lock and insert it into the socket on
the rear of the lock body.
5) Rotate the lock dial until “l EC” is displayed.
6) Press # - then 8 - “EcF” will be displayed
7) Enter the current combination (50 25 50 if factory default).
8) EnF” will be displayed - enter the new/desired (6 digit) combination - the lock will beep 2
times.
9) CnF” will be displayed
10) Enter the new (6 digit) combination again (the lock will beep 2 times again).
11) POC” will be displayed - remove the “change key” and secure it in the retainers on the right
side of the lock.
IMPORTANT:
Enter the combination and open the lock with the DOOR OPEN
A MINIMUM OF 3 TIMES
before closing and locking the door!
