Allow Multiple Tills Per Register (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > EOD and Accounting Options
Allows Users to start a shift (register/till check out), and associate the till check out to a register that
currently has a checked out till assigned to it.
Useful when a User is starting a shift before the current User has end their shift.
“Maximum Number Of Tills” must be set higher than “1” in order to check out multiple tills for a
checked out register.
Allow Note Refusals (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Device Configuration > Note Recycler
This function does not apply to TR250 Series equipment at this time.
Allow other items in Courier Tray (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
ENABLED:
A selection for “Other” will appear when making deposits using the Courier Tray function.
Typically used for depositing vouchers, coupons, stamps, money orders, cashiers checks, etc...
for pickup by Courier services.
The number of items being inserted and the total value if all items (combined), being inserted
must be entered.
DISABLED:
The selection to insert “Other” will not be present in the Courier Tray menu.
Allow others to do CFT In/Out
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > EOD and Accounting Options
Allows amounts dispensed/deposited during Cash Fund Transfer (CFT), transactions to be
assigned to a User OTHER THAN the User performing the transaction
ENABLED:
When a CFT transaction is perform, the User will be prompted to select an employee from the
displayed list.
Amounts dispensed/deposited will be associated to the employee on the following reports
Activity By User Activity By Dept
DISABLED:
When a CFT transaction is perform, no User assignment is available.
CFT transactions performed will be referenced to the User performing the dispense/deposit.
CFT transactions amounts/functions willl appear on the following reports:
Transaction End Of Day Active Users
Activity By User Activity By Dept Finalization Report
Cash Fund Transfer Report Balance Report
