Rolled coin count cannot be entered
1) Power the unit down for at least 1 minute and then re-apply VAC power.
2) Perform a “New Coin Count” or “Add Coins” from the Coin Control Menu.
Log In > Cash Control > Load Cash Device > Coin Dispenser Counts
3) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

4) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

5) Ensure connections are secured in the PROPER DATA PORT COUPLER at the rear of the
Remote Module and Host Controller.
6) Ensure power is applied to all devices, then perform the auto-detect function to set the
configuration.
Log In > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Auto Detect
Rolled coin dispense failed, no rolled coins dispensed
1) Inspect condition of coin rolls loaded in the Magazine.
2) Empty the Rolled Coins from the Dispenser Magazine and check for jams in the Cradle.
3) Check the Sensor Connection at terminal J3 (Timing Sensor), on the Dispenser PCB.
4) Possible broken Timing Disk.
5) Possible defective Timing Sensor.
6) Possible defective Motor.
7) Insure the exit path and Exit Sensor (inside receiving tray), are not blocked
8) Check the Drop/Exit Sensor connection at terminal J5 on the Dispenser PCB.
9) Possible defective Exit Sensor.
10) Possible defective Dispenser PCB.
