User Log In Options
Touchscreen Entry
NOTE: Users must enter a “Logon ID” and a “Logon PIN” in order to access the TR250 functions.
The ID and PIN numbers are assigned at the time the User is entered into the system.
User only Log In (using ID and PIN number)
The User can enter their assigned “LOGON ID” and “LOGON PIN” on the Touchscreen to Log In.
Log In > User Management > Modify User
a) Select the User.
b) Select Modify User.
c) Select the Log In ID or PIN number to be changed
d) Select “Done to save the settings.
Dual User Log In (requires another/different User Log In entry)
The User’s Group Permission Level must be set to “Requires Dual Log In”.
Note: at least (1) User Group must have “Can act as dual log in” enabled in the Permission Level if
this type of Log In is to be used.
WARNING: Users will be able to select ANY Register from ANY Department if “Dual User Log In” is
utilized.
A) Setting the User’s Group Permission to “Requires Dual Log In”:
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes > Edit Permission Groups
a) Select the Group from the left side column.
b) Select “Requires Dual Log In” from the right side column.
c) Select “<<<” to assign the Permission to the Group.
d) Select “Done” in order to save settings.
B) Setting a User’s Group Permission to “Can Act As Dual Log In””:
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes > Edit Permission Groups
a) Select the Group from the left side column.
b) Select “Can Act As Dual Log In” from the right side column.
c) Select “<<<” to assign the Permission to the Group.
d) Select “Done” in order to save settings.
