Use Named Accounting Periods (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > EOD and Accounting Options
ENABLED:
The User will be prompted to enter a name for the accounting period when “Start New
Accounting Period” is performed
DISABLED:
The newly started accounting period will be named by the date and time stamp when the “Start
New Accounting Period” is performed

Use vault funds
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this ability can access menus that allow funds be transferred between
vault areas and dispensing devices.
User Authentication
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > User Authentication Options Menu
This menu determines how User log in is managed.
PIN Expiration Notify
This feature determines how many days prior to PIN Expiration a “Change PIN Reminder” will
be Displayed.
The change PIN warning will appear each time the User logs in.
PIN Expiration Time
This feature sets the number of days (1-999), a User’s PIN will be valid.
When a PIN expires, the Log In ID is still valid, only the PIN will expire.

PIN Minimum Length
Can be set between 1 - 99
Unsuccessful Log In Attempts
Can be set between 1 - 25
Vault Access Dual Authentication
Two authorized User PIN entries will be required to open a vault when this function is set to
“double”.
Setting is toggled between single and double by selecting the specified Door/Cover

User Can Modify Static Balance Mixes (T/F)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options
This allows the user to change the denominations being moved to the Deposit Cassette when a
“Prepare Pickup” is performed.
Users cannot modify the amount of funds being moved, only the type of denominations.
