User Interface
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > User Interface Options Menu
This menu determines how users/registers are associated when performing check in/out
operations.
Auto dispense to overflow (T/F)
This function is disabled at this time (does not apply to TR 250 Series equipment)
Automatic Register Selection
When a “Start Of Shift” is performed, the user is prompted to enter a register number or “Skip
Auto Select”
Browse And Search For Dept/Reg
Activating this function will enable a “keyboard” in the Edit Users, Groups Menu
(Departments And Registers) - used when the registers/depts list exceeds the display view.
Configure Main Screen Buttons
This function allows the User to determine which selections are displayed on the Main (idle)
Screen
Up to (6) selections can be displayed.
Enable Check In/Out Inventory Warnings
Low note/coin level warnings will be displayed on the (idle) Main Screen when this function
is enabled
Log Out User After Till Check In
After an END OF SHIFT is performed, the user will be logged out when “Done” is selected.
Manager Screen Timeout
This function only applies to Users will permissions set to “Is a Manager”.
Determines the amount of time menus will remain open (when idle) when a Manager is
logged in.
When this time entered in the function has elapsed, a message - “Do you need more time”
will be displayed.
If no response is indicated, the TR Series will return to the Main Screen.
Can be set between 30 - 900 seconds.
Offline Start Time
Determines the time of day the unit will enter an OFFLINE mode.
Main Screen functions cannot be performed while the TR Series is OFFLINE.
Only Users will the permission to “Always Log In” will be able to Log In and perform
functions during OFFLINE mode.
Offline End Time
Determines the time of day the unit will exit the OFFLINE mode (User will be able to perform
functions normally).
