Cold Start and Restore
A User with the ability to Cold Start the Note Handler can erase all Users and operational setup.
A “Restore” can install users and operational setup from a USB stick to the Note Handler
operating system.
Congure recycler
This function allows the assigned User to change the denomination type of the Recycler
cassettes and alter the note count in the cassettes.
Correct Vault Drop
A User can make corrections to the drop amounts in the event that actual amounts differ from
the reported amounts.
Deposit Till
Allows the User to perform an End Shift.
Dispense Till
Allows the User to perform an Start Shift.
Dispense To Overow
Allows the User to empty the Coin Hoppers into the pan located in the bottom of the unit
Edit Cong Database
A user with this ability can access the following menus:
Cold Start End of Day Accounting Monitoring Access
Courier options Fingerprint reader options POS setup
Database menus Inventory Warnings Receipts/Report setup
Device configurations Localization Serial # - Store Name
Drop Vault options Maintenance User interface options
Edit User Database
A user with this ability can perform the following functions:
X Add/Edit/Delete Departments
X Add/Edit/Delete Mixes
X Add/Edit/Delete Permission Groups
X Add/Edit/Delete Registers
X Add/Edit/Delete Groups
Edit Other Managers
Will allow the User to add Managers to Groups, delete Managers from Groups or change the
names of other Managers.
Edit Users
Will allow the User to add Users to Groups, delete Users from Groups or change the names of
other Users.
