Combo Dispense is not displayed on the Main Screen
1) Combo Dispense selections are not programmed in the Cash Control Menu.
Log In > (enter code) > Cash Control > Configure Dispense Choices > Combo Dispense
2) At least (1) User must have the ability to perform Combo Dispense transactions
Log In > Accounts > (select User Type) > Edit
Coin Rolls Jam
1) Inspect condition of coin rolls loaded in the Magazine.
2) Check for wrong coin type/debris in Dispenser Magazine.
3) Ensure only MACHINE ROLLED COINS are loaded in the Magazine.
4) Check the condition of the Cradle.
5) Ensure no obstructions exist in the Dispenser exit path.
Dispense description/name is not displayed (only coin denomination and number
of coins) in the Dispense Coin function.
1) One or more of the Dispensers do not contain enough coins to complete the requested
amount.
Dispense selections cannot be entered in the “Set Choices” menu (Configure
Dispense Choices)
1) Ensure connections are secured in the PROPER DATA PORT COUPLER at the rear of the
Remote Module and Host Controller.
2) Perform a Rolled Coin Dispenser Reset.
Login > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Rolled Coin Dispenser > Reset
3) Ensure all Rolled Coin Dispensers are working.
Login > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Rolled Coin Dispenser > Status
4) Ensure power is applied to all devices and all doors are open then perform the auto-detect
function to set the configuration.
